The smallest step in the right direction feels huge.

My name is Lauren Borducci, and I created LB Fitness & Wellness as a way to work with individuals to develop a customized approach to reaching and sustaining their fitness goals.   

Fitness is more than exercise alone.  Your lifestyle, nutrition, sleep and stress levels for example all play significant roles, so a successful approach must consider all of these things.  

I believe in change that is sustainable and that there is no single solution.  Incorporating changes in your life that truly improve your well-being are gradual, take time and have to make sense to you as an individual and fit with your own goals, interests and needs.

This is what I help my clients to do through training, support, information sharing and accountability.

I have found that people will do what they want to do and believe is the right thing to do.  I was astonished at my own ability to change habits and to make time for things once I figured out what I actually enjoy, what I feel is important and what works for me.  

This is what I work with my clients to discover and this is how they change their lives.  It is a privilege to be part of this process.
